All services are provided on a monthly subscription basis at the agreed upon rate. Service details, deliverables, and timelines will be communicated at the time of onboarding.

By providing your phone number and submitting a form on our website, you consent to receive SMS text messages from JCH Automation Agency. These messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Follow up communications regarding your inquiry
• Service updates and notifications
• Marketing and promotional messages about our services

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time to unsubscribe from future SMS communications. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message.

Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Payment is due on the agreed billing date each month. By subscribing to our services, you authorize JCH Automation Agency to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

• All fees are non refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services
• Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice
• You are responsible for keeping your payment information current

You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice to [email protected]. We require 30 days written notice prior to cancellation. Your service will remain active through the end of your current billing period.

Upon cancellation, JCH Automation Agency will discontinue providing services including hosting and maintenance. Any website built by JCH Automation Agency under an active subscription will be transitioned as mutually agreed upon.

All content, designs, logos, and materials created by JCH Automation Agency remain the intellectual property of JCH Automation Agency until the subscription is active and in good standing. You are granted a license to use the website and materials as part of your active subscription.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary systems, templates, or automation frameworks without express written permission from JCH Automation Agency.

JCH Automation Agency provides services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, or lead generation outcomes. Results vary based on industry, market, location, and other factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JCH Automation Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding any claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mahoning County, Ohio.
